Two weeks ago I hosted the first “Taste Hiker” dinner event in our cozy living room. It was a huge success. I was so glad that all of my guests had a lot of fun and were very satisfied with my culinary “East meets West” creations. 😀

Aperitif: Melonade Prosecco Cocktail
First course: Autumn soup of roasted pumpkin and coconut milk with caramelized prosciutto
Second course: A selection of Qin’s “Chinese tapas”: Dim Sum variations
Third course: Honey chicken with a nutty sweet potato cream on crispy shrimp chips
Fourth course: Thai curry risotto with crispy tempura prawns
Dessert: Norwegian brown cheese ice cream with green tea cookies on raspberry sauce
