Gingerbread Cherry Christmas Cocktail

Ingredients (1 glass):

1 candy cane
a pinch of cinnamon
a pinch of chilli
1cL gingerbread syrup
4cL sour cherry juice (chilled)
20cl prosecco (cooled)
half a slice of lemon

Preparation:

  1. Put the candy cane in a freezer bag and smash into fine powder. Mix with the cinnamon and chili, spread on a plate.
  2. Take a cocktail or champagne glass and moisten the top edge of the glass with a lemon zest. Put the top of the glass down into the mixture until the top is evenly dressed with the powder mixture.
  3. Pour the Gingerbread syrup, then the juice into a glass. At last add the Prosecco.
