Ingredients (1 glass):
1 candy cane
a pinch of cinnamon
a pinch of chilli
1cL gingerbread syrup
4cL sour cherry juice (chilled)
20cl prosecco (cooled)
half a slice of lemon
- Put the candy cane in a freezer bag and smash into fine powder. Mix with the cinnamon and chili, spread on a plate.
- Take a cocktail or champagne glass and moisten the top edge of the glass with a lemon zest. Put the top of the glass down into the mixture until the top is evenly dressed with the powder mixture.
- Pour the Gingerbread syrup, then the juice into a glass. At last add the Prosecco.
